For the first time in over 15 years, Whangārei’s Vine Street transformed into a vibrant festival hub with Vibes on Vine, marking the triumphant return of large-scale street events to the city. Under the perfect summer sky, festival-goers gathered for a day of music, community, and celebration, headlined by the legendary Black Seeds and supported by a dynamic lineup of local talent.
